About me
What would life be like if you didn’t feel anxious? If you didn’t overthink, or beat yourself up about reacting to situations in ‘not the right way’? What would life be like if you felt good about yourself, and didn’t feel like your past was holding you back?
Well, I’m here to help you. Not by telling you what you should do, but by listening deeply to what you have to say, by trying to understand your perspective, and by sharing what I see, hear and sense without judgement. Together we'll explore your life experience at a pace that suits you, helping you make sense of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so that you can be a better version of yourself and find that person inside of you who can express emotions in a healthy way, who can cope with life’s ups and downs without worry or fear, and ultimately, live a happier, more fulfilling life.
If it feels right for you, I can offer blended sessions that integrate both counselling and reiki or massage therapy, helping to support your healing journey on both a psychological and physical level. We’ll work together to find the approach that best supports your needs.
I appreciate that it's not always easy to afford counselling, and that sometimes finding others who have similar experiences can be healing. Because of this, I also run weekly Therapy Groups for Neurodiverse Women, and for Peri/Menopausal Women, making therapy more accessible and affordable, while creating a support network so you feel less alone.
