About me

As a person-centred counsellor, I offer a caring, non-judgmental, and safe space where you will feel heard and understood. I will listen deeply, encourage growth and help you gain clarity on the issues you may be facing. My approach is rooted in empathy, with the goal of helping you explore different perspectives, develop coping strategies and ultimately begin healing.

I bring a diverse set of experiences to my counselling practice including working as a trainee counsellor at Chris’s House and Craigsfarm, where I have supported numerous individuals facing a wide range of challenges. And of course, I’ve navigated my own personal journey through life’s ups and downs.

As a complementary therapist, I’ve seen firsthand how practices like massage and Reiki can calm the nervous system, ease stress, and help release trauma stored in the body. Where it feels right for you, I can offer blended sessions that integrate both counselling and therapies, helping to support your healing journey on both a psychological and physical level. We’ll work together to find the approach that best supports your needs.
