About me

Hello I'm Susie,

I offer email and online therapy (video or phone). I've found that this hybrid service works well for people who can't always commit to a regular time to talk.

I believe that everyone deserves support tailored to their unique story and struggles, as no two journeys are ever alike. By combining empathy with curiosity, I aim to meet people where they are and support them to find their voice and make progress, whatever that may look like for them. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional relief, or simply a compassionate listener, my aim is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. Together, we can explore the obstacles you face, uncover strengths you may not know you possess, and chart a path forward that resonates with your values and aspirations.

Training, qualifications & experience

My qualifications & certificates

  • Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy (The Link Centre)
  • Dip. Couns. MNCPS (Accredited)
  • BSc (Hons) Psychology, Open University
  • Certified Practitioner of NLP, ABNLP, The Change Corporation
  • Master Practitioner TimeLineTM Therapy & Hypnosis, ABNLP, The Change Corporation

My approach is relational and integrative, meaning I tailor my way of working to suit your unique story. I blend Transactional Analysis with other tools like NLP or Timeline Therapy if they’re useful. But at the core, it’s about our connection and how we can safely explore what’s going on in your life, at your pace.

Further information

I work with a wide range of issues: from anxiety, low self-worth, and family complexities, to exploring identity; navigating grief or big life transitions like divorce, redundancy, or “what now?” moments. I’m particularly drawn to working with those who’ve felt unheard, misjudged, or like they don’t quite fit in.

I believe in dignity, equality, and kindness. I’m LGBTQ+ and non-monogamy-affirming, and neurodiversity friendly. I want people to feel seen for who they are, not who society expects them to be. I carry a deep belief that people are doing the best they can with the tools they have, and part of therapy is helping you build a new toolbox.
