I offer a safe, confidential and judgement-free service and provide counselling for a wide variety of issues.
I believe passionately in the power of counselling to help people resolve areas of difficulty or unhappiness in their life. My aim is to listen carefully and respond to everything you say. It might be an unresolved issue from your past or an anxiety about the future. Whatever is of concern to you now is what we will work on.

I work in private practice and also as a volunteer counsellor at the Women's Centres in Burnley. This has given me valuable experience of a wide range of issues including bereavement, relationship difficulties, domestic violence and life stage concerns.
I have undertaken training in helping people with eating disorders, couples counselling and depression as part of my commitment to continuous professional development.
I have an enhanced DBS (previously CRB) check and am fully insured.
I abide by the BACP code of ethics and am a Registered Member of the BACP.

Supervision sessions £60 (concessions available for counselling students)
