About me

Welcome.

You may be seeking help for issues like anxiety, depression, panic attacks, relationship problems or just want to talk. As an integrative, relational counsellor and psychotherapist, I have trained in many schools of therapy and in a previous career worked in the NHS. I use a variety of skills and techniques from both East and West. Whether you desire to reduce your suffering, improve your relationships, find understanding, some meaning in life, to discover your identity or true self, I can provide a safe listening space. If we are suited, we will work together to uncover your inner resources, help process uncomfortable or traumatic experiences so that you can achieve the life you seek.

Change is possible. Sometimes painful, but for those willing to explore their world in order to find inner peace, healing and purpose, the first step is to call and leave a message or email me.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
