About me and my therapy practice
Hello, My name Sukhi and thank you in advance for looking at my profile.
So are you at a place where everything feels overwhelming? Feeling Lonely, Isolated, Anxious and Lost?, Discontent with Life, Relationships, Work ? Would you like to explore this in a safe space and not feel judged? Are these thoughts and feelings making you feel powerless over everything?
In working together I am here to listen to you, talking and exploring your past or present experiences, your thoughts and feelings left from this and the challenges you are facing, what you would like to change?
Having a safe reflective space to address this and working on building your self-esteem, confidence, self- worth and starting to feel empowered again gently over the time of sessions.
I will be your sounding board as we navigate through this journey together.
I love what I do as helping clients has it's own sense of reward.
I work with a holistic approach- looking at every area in your life with your permission to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and like to be creative in bringing in new approaches as needed.
Many times we all need a listening ear and a space where what we share is kept confidential. I can offer you a safe and secure place where you will be acknowledged, accepted and most importantly listened to with empathy, compassion and treated with respect and dignity.
I draw upon the client's current issues/situation and the presenting issues which are arising and will work with client's past experiences in order to gain a full understanding of where they were, with what is happening in the here and now to start supporting them in where they would like to be moving forward at their pace.
I will support you in this self discovery journey and we will let the healing begin.
Talking through these difficulties, overcoming obstacles and reaching your goals will always be the priority.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
