About me

Unhappy ? Feel like life is getting harder?

How come everything looks right and feels wrong?  Or the job is what you have been working for and yet sometimes you'd rather not go.  Life has a way of feeling heavy just at the time we think it should feel lighter.

If any of this resonates with you then let's talk.   There's a free 15 minute discovery cal l should you want one; a gentle space to ask questions and share what you’re looking for.

£55, individuals, £65, couples;  Reduced rates available.

Session days.

Thursday:- Day time and Evening

Friday:- Day time and Evening

Saturday:-  Overflow Morning

When we meet you'll have a quiet, to find the things you want to change, the steps that led you to now and how they can be different for you when moving on. Always at your pace, on your own or with your partner.

With skills and knowledge in ADHD, stress, loss and relationships, we  explore the things that are making you unhappy or feeling stuck, helping you find answers and insights. Going at your own pace, you will be offered a warm, non-judgemental and confidential space,  working with the things that don't feel right, and discovering ways to resolve them.

Our first meeting will be for us to learn about each other and to see if we are comfortable working together. We will arrange regular sessions, that last approx. 60 minutes. The work is open ended basis and there are regular reviews. Sometimes 1 session is enough, sometimes more.

For me the process of being in front of a therapist was a mixture of fascination and insight, that changed aspects of my life.  I had experienced a crisis and was supported through it by a compassionate and capable counsellor.  Having realised the impact counselling could make I trained.

Counselling is not a cure all , but when it works it changes lives.

I work to the National Counselling Society's code of ethics.
