About me
As a senior accredited relationship counsellor and supervisor I have extensive experience in providing counselling for both couples and individuals. I specialise in relationships, family issues, loss and bereavement. I offer a safe space to explore and understand what is happening, enabling improved communication and understanding. Change is facilitated by gaining a deeper understanding of a troubling situation, making sense of confusing or overwhelming emotions and developing resources to cope. I offer appointments on Zoom or face to face. If support is needed for family issues, relationships or bereavement I am able to help. I am a Bupa recognised therapist, I work with both Relate and Cruse Bereavement Care.
