About me
We can all experience emotional difficulties at some point in our lives. This may be due to recent or historic events and these can manifest in different ways. I don't believe that people fit into neat boxes. If you're dealing with trauma, experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, psychosis, PTSD and other problems, I can help you. Your experience in therapy will be individual to you, integrating a range of evidence-based approaches in order to understand your experiences. The approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy and family therapy.
In your initial session, you will find a safe, non-judgemental and professional space where you can be supported in exploring your past, present and future within a therapeutic relationship where you will feel seen and heard. We will work together to reduce your distress and achieve your full potential.
Over the past 20 years, whilst working in the UK and Australia, I have valued the opportunity to learn and develop my work into a flexible and adaptable approaches grounded in authenticity, which enables me to be creative, reflective and flexible in my work. Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Additional information
One-hour therapy sessions are £140 per hour. The same cost applies for couples therapy sessions, although they may sometimes be longer in duration.
I offer a free 15 minute initial video-call to potential clients.
