About me

Thank you for taking the time to look into counselling.

We rarely foresee the time that we will require to seek counselling and starting the journey can be the hardest. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment to suit your individual needs. I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and have experience dealing with a wide variety of people from different ages, backgrounds and experiences.

I understand that finding the right counsellor is an important decision as the relationship built between us will be central to making change happen.

After a career working in Sales and Management across different sized organisations, a series of life events encouraged me to seek counselling. This positive experience inspired me to undertake training and to work as a counsellor. I have experience of working with a wide range of people and situations and join them on their journey forward.

Knowing what I appreciated most from my own experiences of counselling, I pride myself on being open, maintaining the very highest levels of trust, being affordable and offering flexibility to fit in with your other commitments.

I am happy to meet in person in my dedicated space in High Wycombe or online through a video call and offer appointments to suit your schedule.

Please contact me for further information.
