About me
With over six years of clinical experience, I specialise in providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to adults dealing with depression and a comprehensive range of anxiety disorders, including Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, and Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD).
My background is comprehensive, spanning both low-intensity and high-intensity CBT approaches. This means I'm skilled in applying a wide spectrum of evidence-based techniques - from foundational psycho-education to complex exposure protocols - which allows me to precisely tailor the therapy to your individual needs and the difficulties you are currently facing. I am also a fully BABCP-accredited therapist.
My practice is built on the core principle of CBT; helping you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to facilitate meaningful and lasting change. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment. My goal is to guide you through practical strategies to manage your symptoms and improve your overall well-being.
Ultimately, this flexible and tailored journey is focused on achieving your personal goals and developing sustainable coping skills. I strive to empower you to become your own therapist, equipping you with the necessary tools and confidence to face future challenges independently.
