About me
I’m a therapist in North London working with adults struggling with self-worth, identity, relationships, and overwhelming emotions. Together, we’ll explore where these difficulties come from and how to live differently with the anxiety, depression, or pain that they cause you.
Therapy isn’t only about fixing immediate problems - it’s about understanding the deeper patterns that shape how you see yourself, how you feel in relationships, and how you navigate the world.
- Self-worth – You might carry a persistent sense of not being good enough. Perhaps you hold yourself to impossible standards and constantly compare yourself to others. The voice of your inner critic may be relentless, and it can feel far easier to show kindness to others than to yourself.
- Identity – You might feel unsure of who you are beneath the roles you’ve learned to inhabit — the reliable one, the achiever, the person who holds everything together. You may have lost touch with your instincts, unsure of what you truly need or want.
- Relationships – You might find that relationships with partners, family, friends or colleagues leave you frustrated, unheard, or depleted. It may be hard to trust others, or you notice patterns like people-pleasing or giving away your power.
Whatever you’re carrying, whether it has a clear name or not, therapy offers a steady, compassionate space to explore and begin to heal.
My Approach
I offer a safe, confidential space where you can talk freely and be heard without judgement. I’ll listen with care and help you gently reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Where it feels helpful, I may offer interpretations or new ways of looking at things, always respecting your pace and preferences.
I draw on these therapeutic approaches:
- Psychodynamic therapy – exploring how past relationships and experiences continue to shape your feelings, behaviours and patterns today. Understanding these can help you approach present challenges with greater awareness.
- Attachment-based – many emotional struggles have their roots in the bonds we formed with parents or caregivers. By noticing how these early attachment patterns echo through your relationships today, including in the therapy room, we can begin to soften their hold and support the development of more secure, fulfilling connections.
- Existential therapy – offering space to reflect on life’s bigger questions — what gives your life meaning, how to live with uncertainty, or how to find hope and gratitude even in difficult times.
I offer in-person sessions, working short- or long-term depending on what you need. Sessions are usually held weekly.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
