About me
As a pluralistic counsellor, I work with clients experiencing anxiety, grief, loss, adverse childhood experiences, and complex trauma by providing empathetic support to their individual needs. I utilise a variety of techniques to create a safe environment for and personal growth. My goal is to empower clients to explore their emotions and build resilience. Together, we will navigate their experiences and guide them towards a fulfilling life.
Games therapy:
In therapy, I utilise fantasy role-playing games (RPGs) as a creative tool to help clients explore their emotions and experiences. These games create a safe space for clients to express themselves and engage in role-play scenarios that mirror real-life challenges. Through character development and storytelling, clients gain insights into their thoughts and behaviours while fostering problem-solving skills. This engaging approach encourages personal growth and enhances the therapeutic process.
