HCPC Registered, MA Integrative Arts Psychotherapy

About me

I am an HCPC-registered, relational, and trauma-informed psychotherapist offering a grounding therapy experience through talk therapy and creative interventions. I support people navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional burnout, dysregulation, hypervigilance, or relational difficulties.

I also specialise in early parenthood, providing dedicated support for perinatal mental health, birth trauma, and postpartum anxiety or depression. My practice is LGBTQ+ inclusive and I am queer affirming and gender-affirming.

In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I can offer Art Therapy based on client preference and clinical indication. Drawing upon my background as an HCPC-registered Arts Therapist, I integrate Art Therapy interventions giving clients a gentle way to process difficult feelings, externalise complex problems, and track emotions within the body, with no artistic skill needed.

You can connect with me by email to arrange a 15-minute consultation, where we can discuss your needs and explore what you want from your therapeutic journey.

Training, qualifications & experience

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
