About me

How I work:

Online and phone sessions for teenagers and young people, including students, up to age 25.

Counselling provides a special, regular space for young people to come to. It’s a place where they can talk, think, relax, offload, and creatively and expressively explore some of their worries and problems through the supportive relationship with me, their counsellor. This unique process can help them to explore things and view things differently.

Counselling helps young people to discover who they are and how they can manage and thrive in their world. It can be a very positive and empowering journey for them to go on.
I am an integrative (using a variety of theories and methods) counsellor who uses creative tools and methods to help children and young people express their thoughts and feelings. I am qualified to work with 5 - 25 yr olds. After the initial (free) assessment session, 15-20 minutes over the phone, we will begin one-to-one sessions, short-term or long-term, depending on the young person.

My focus is building a positive relationship with the child/young person, where positive steps can be made for them and their wellbeing, as well as providing them with a comfortable and supportive space in which to explore whatever they would like to.

Sessions are online only, at the moment.
