About me

I’m a Clinical Psychologist and CBT Psychotherapist with several years of experience supporting clients in NHS and private settings. I offer a compassionate and affirming space to explore what’s brought you to therapy, whether it’s anxiety, low self-worth, trauma, OCD, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

My approach is active and collaborative. Together, we’ll work toward your goals while making space for your lived experience, identity, and values. I believe in meeting you where you are, without judgement, and adapting the therapy to suit you, not the other way around.

I integrate evidence-based models including CBT, ACT, CFT and mindfulness-based approaches. I'm also trained in trauma-focused CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD. Where helpful, I also draw on systemic and family-based approaches.

I specialise in working with anxiety, OCD, trauma, low self-esteem, shame, burnout and stress. I also have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent clients (Autism/ADHD), and people from Global Majority backgrounds. I offer an inclusive space that welcomes all of you, especially the parts that may feel hard to bring forward elsewhere.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained at King’s College London and the Maudsley Hospital, and I continue to be passionate about making therapy both effective and empowering.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
