About me
If life feels overwhelming, confusing, or emotionally draining, you don’t have to work through it on your own.
I offer professional, confidential counselling for people who are struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, low self‑esteem, trauma, or relationship difficulties. You may feel stuck, exhausted by overthinking, or unsure why things feel so hard — whatever you’re facing, you’ll be met with warmth, understanding, and respect.
My approach is gentle and collaborative. There’s no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready, and no expectations about what sessions “should” look like. We work at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you.
Who I work with
I specialise in working with:
Children and young people
Women experiencing emotional overwhelm or life challenges
People come to counselling for many reasons. This might include anxiety, stress or burnout, low confidence, low mood or depression, trauma or past experiences, or difficulties in relationships. You don’t need to have a clear label or explanation — coming just as you are is enough.
What sessions are like
Counselling offers a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly without judgement. Together, we can explore what’s going on for you, recognise patterns, and begin to make sense of your thoughts and feelings.
The aim isn’t to rush change, but to help you feel more grounded, clearer about yourself, and better able to cope with what life brings.
I offer both in‑person and online sessions.
Taking the first step
Reaching out can feel difficult, especially if you’re unsure what to expect. You’re very welcome to get in touch to ask questions or see whether counselling with me feels like the right fit for you.
