About me

I am a seasoned Clinical Psychologist with over 18 years of experience in clinical practice. I was educated and trained in New York City where I began my career and relocated to the UK in 2011. As such, I am credentialed in both the UK and US. I practice integrative psychological therapy, combining CBT, ACT, CFT, Mindfulness, Buddhist Psychology and Existential Humanism. I have also trained at the renowned Beck Institute in Philadelphia.

In practice, I take a compassionate & non-judgmental approach. I don’t just focus on the problems but also ask my clients to go deep and explore what provides them with meaning, purpose, peace of mind and joy as these aspects of living are integral to healing and living a fulfilled life. In addition to this I make sure to outline the practical steps that need to be taken in order to actualise this change.

I currently run my own private group practice in Central London - Harrison Psychology Group. We are a group of Clinical and Counselling Psychologists who are dedicated to working closely and openly with our clients for individual and couples therapy. In practice, we provide a safe, informed and effective space to work through a wide range of issues.
