About me
Hello, my name is Silvana. I am a qualified Transpersonal & Integrative Psychotherapist, accredited and registered with UKCP.
My ultimate goal is to work with you, to help you truly connect with your inner-self. I sit in, knowing that what I offer is empathy, kindness and appreciation of the difficulties and challenges that you may be facing.
I work at your pace, with your agenda, and by giving you space and time to find your answers, with the challenges you are facing.
You can get in touch either by email or telephone and I will respond to you as soon as possible. Our initial contact will help us both think together about your requirements and expectations of therapy. This will help us both in deciding if we are a suitable match and that we can both work together. Thereafter we can agree a suitable time each week to meet.
I work with adults over 18 years and can offer both short-term and open-ended sessions.
Training, qualifications & experience
Training, Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified in Transpersonal Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling (2016-2019)
Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM-5 via CCPE as an additional module to the Diploma (2018)
Continued Professional Development (CPD):
I have continued to undertake additional training (CPD) with topics that are outside of my Diploma training.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
I like to discuss session fees when we first make contact, as I do offer concessions, which is depending on your circumstances. We can discuss this together prior to our first session. I am able to take cash on the day, or via online banking, prior to our agreed session time.
I currently have availability for counselling in person or online. I have counselling rooms which are in Basingstoke, Top of Town, and I am based at The Treatment Hub.
There is plenty of parking available nearby. The train and bus stations are in walking distance from The Treatment Hub location.
