About me
I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) offering specialist CBT for OCD, PTSD, and trauma in Warwickshire, Birmingham, and online across the UK.
I specialise in CBT for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), including both single event trauma and longer term or complex trauma (C-PTSD), as well as anxiety and depression.
If you are searching for a CBT therapist for OCD, PTSD therapy, or trauma-focused CBT in the UK, I provide structured, evidence-based treatment following NICE guidelines to help reduce distress and improve daily functioning.
Many people I work with experience intrusive thoughts, compulsions, anxiety, low mood, or the impact of traumatic experiences such as childhood trauma or distressing life events, which can significantly affect confidence, relationships and quality of life.
My approach is collaborative, structured and practical, helping you understand how thoughts, emotions and behaviours interact and how to break unhelpful cycles.
