About me

Hi my name is Shem I'm an integrative psychotherapist registered with the UKCP. I work in person and online, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and interventions to support clients in living a life guided by their own unique values and to achieve their goals with these values being the compass for action. I meet each client as the unique individual that they are, I provide a confidential non-judgemental, protective safe space where you are encouraged to voice your struggles and concerns honestly and authentically.  Therapy is about making sense of your internal world and to develop a greater self-awareness which allows you to form more meaningful connections with your self and with others as you become more open and aware of your patterns of thinking and feeling, what was implicit in you is nurtured to become more explicit, in this way you can develop more choice in how you relate to your self, others and the various situations in your life.

I have particular experience in working with anxiety, trauma, panic attacks, depression, anger psychosexual related difficulties and relationship issues.

Have been in working in private practice sine 2012. If you would like to book a free initial 20 min phone consultation, if you'd like to know more please call or email.
