About me

Sheila offers integrated counselling combining the inner child model with attachment theory, to explore with curiosity and self-compassion so as to move forward.

Sheila works with both individuals and couples in a safe space, free of judgement allowing the process of discovery, clarity and integration to happen.

Training, qualifications & experience

Originally qualifying back in 2000 with a Diploma in Counselling with the Foundation for Emotional Therapy, now named Emotional Therapeutic Counselling, which became accredited by The National Counselling Society in 2012.  

As of July 2022 I hold a certification in couples counselling with Surrey Counselling Training. 

I have recently signed up to start a Professional Advanced Specialised Diploma in Grief and Loss with KRD Training starting in January 2026.

I have worked in London for a number of years before starting a practice in Bordon/Farnham.
