About me

I’m a person-centred counsellor based in the North of Scotland. I offer one-to-one sessions with adults, face-to-face in Inverness, or online and by phone from anywhere in the UK. I offer a compassionate and personalised approach to counselling, with the aim to bring about the change you desire and to nurture your well-being. As a person-centred psychotherapist, my main goal is to assist you in understanding and dealing with your thoughts, emotions, and personal challenges.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a diploma in Person-centred Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as a degree in Psychology. I am a volunteer counsellor at Addictions Counselling Inverness and have had placements within the NHS and mental health charity Mikeysline.
