Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it isn’t always easy to know where to turn.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and confidential space where you can talk openly and feel heard. I provide short and long-term counselling for adults of all ages and backgrounds, and I will always work at your pace.

As an integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches. I offer a non-judgemental environment where we can explore your thoughts and feelings together, helping you to better understand yourself, your situation and your relationships.

Training, qualifications & experience

Qualifications;

  • Advanced Specialist Diploma in Gestalt Therapy - currently working towards
  • Advanced Diploma in Counselling NCPS Accredited (Level 4 equivalent)       
  • Foundation Certificate in Counselling (Level 3 equivalent)                           
  • NCFE Cache Level 2 Certificate in counselling skills
