Resolutions Counselling and Training
Congratulations on taking a HUGE step in seeking out support! This can be one of the most challenging things to do in life when you are struggling. You deserve a compassionate therapist, someone who will make you feel safe, secure and connected while guiding you through the healing process. My goal is to support and promote lifelong change that will allow you to form healthy relationships and foster an overall sense of wellbeing. I will guide and help you to reclaim your happiness and joy. I work with people experiencing a variety of issues, from anxiety, depression, self-worth and trauma as well as family issues.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and therapy plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage.
