About me
I’m Sham, a fully accredited integrative psychotherapist and counsellor based in SE London (MNCPS). I offer a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly, explore what’s on your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Life, work and relationships can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may feel anxious, exhausted, stuck, or lacking in confidence and self-worth. You might be struggling with loss, a major life change, or simply have a sense that something doesn’t feel quite right.
I provide a space to talk freely, helping you make sense of your experiences and understand what may be going on beneath the surface. We may explore patterns, process difficult feelings; finding practical ways to help you move forward.
My approach is integrative, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, and CBT models.
As therapy is a personal journey, our work will be tailored to your individual needs. Together, at your own pace, we’ll work towards greater clarity, calm, and self-trust, helping you move forward with support.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
