About me

I am a Certified Therapeutic Play Practitioner, registered with Play Therapy UK (PTUK), and currently in my third year of training in Msc in Child and Adolescent Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Birkbeck, University of London.

I offer play-based emotional support and therapeutic interventions to children and young people, working under regular clinical supervision and adhering to the ethical codes set forth by PTUK and my training institution.

My approach is grounded in a deep understanding of emotional development and the ways children communicate their inner world, often through play rather than words.

As a practitioner, I strive to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where children and young people feel seen, heard, and understood. I support them in working through a range of challenges, including anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, and issues at home or school. With over five years of experience working with children and adolescents and their families in various settings, I am committed to providing compassionate support.
