About me
Hello, my name is Sean. I am person-centred therapist. Accredited by National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I have experience in counselling adults and young people, as well as 11 years experience is supporting people with mental health difficulties.
I know that life can bring challenges that can be understood better through sharing with skilled listener. I also know that it is very difficult to reach out and ask to be heard. Baring this in mind, I offer friendly, none-judgmental, and confidential space where you can explore your emotions and experiences.
Depending on your needs, I can offer long and short term therapy. I promise to put you first, which means that you can decide how long therapy will last.
I offer face to face (Bradford based) counselling , on live video calls and therapy over the phone.
