About me

OCD Specialist - I work with clients affected by OCD in all its forms. If your rituals, obsessive thoughts and compulsions are having an impact on your life or relationships then let me help. You're not alone.

Remote sessions throughout the UK - I am based in Nottingham and can accommodate face to face sessions in NG2.

I offer online or face to face one to one therapy sessions for anyone over 18. A full assessment will be given initially, followed by evidence based treatment for your OCD. The hour long sessions can be weekly, or we could have longer between sessions, depending what is best for you.

Are you worried by your thoughts, behaviours or rituals? Maybe you feel compelled to clean more and more, you have 'bad' distressing thoughts, or you check excessively, creating strain on you and those around you. If the time is right to regain control over your behaviour and reduce your distress, I'm here to help make sense of your symptoms.

Training, qualifications & experience

Accredited CBT therapist with the BABCP.  I am an OCD specialist, working with many adult clients with all forms of OCD both within the NHS and Privately. I have trained NHS colleagues in the treatment of OCD and have a specific responsibility within the NHS, championing effective OCD treatment.
