About me
Hey there,
You might be arriving here feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to put into words what’s been going on for you. Perhaps something doesn’t feel quite right, or you’ve been carrying things on your own for a while.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about creating space to gently explore, understand, and honour who you are and what you’ve been through.
I am an HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist, offering online therapy in a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space. I work with people experiencing anxiety, life transitions, or a sense of feeling disconnected.
Sometimes words alone don’t feel like enough. Art Psychotherapy offers another way of expressing and making sense of your inner world through image, colour, and creative exploration. You don’t need any artistic experience; it’s not about making something “good,” but about allowing something to emerge and be understood.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and led by you. I work at your pace, offering a safe and containing space where we can explore what feels important. Alongside creative work, we may use conversation and reflection to make sense of your emotional landscape.
I draw on relational, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches, exploring how experiences are held in the body, how the past may shape the present, and how understanding can support change.
I aim to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome and met with warmth, compassion, and respect. Including those that feel uncertain or difficult to express where you are at.
Next Steps:
I offer a free 15-minute call so we can briefly connect and see whether this feels like the right space for you. There’s no pressure, just an opportunity to explore what you might need.
Reaching out for support is not always easy. If you’ve made it this far, something in you is already moving towards change. I would be glad to meet you there.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
