About me

Hello, I'm Saskia, an NCPS Accredited Registrant and integrative counsellor, offering a warm, compassionate, and confidential space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgement.

Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, or navigating a significant life change, you don't have to face it alone. I believe that taking the first step towards counselling is an act of courage, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.

As an integrative counsellor, I tailor therapy to suit your individual needs rather than following a single therapeutic model. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you, helping you develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence. My approach is collaborative, meaning we'll work together to understand what's happening for you and find meaningful ways to create lasting positive change.

Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice. I aim to create an environment where you feel safe to be yourself, explore difficult emotions, and make sense of your experiences without pressure or expectation.

I have experience supporting clients with:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Self-esteem and confidence
  • Relationship challenges
  • Trauma and the lasting impact of difficult experiences
  • Grief, bereavement, and other forms of loss
  • Life transitions, including career changes, separation, parenthood, and other significant life events

Whatever has brought you to counselling, my aim is to help you feel more empowered, connected, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges. If you're considering therapy, I'd be honoured to support you on your journey.

Reaching out is a brave and important step. You can complete the contact form to arrange a time for a FREE no-obligation 20-minute phone consultation.

Further information

I understand that choosing the right counsellor is an important decision, and finding someone you feel comfortable with can make all the difference. I offer an initial consultation where we can discuss what has brought you to counselling, explore what you hope to gain from therapy, and consider whether we feel we are a good fit to work together.

I provide counselling online via secure video sessions, offering flexibility and accessibility wherever you are. My practice is guided by the NCPS Code of Ethical Practice, and I regularly undertake continuing professional development to ensure my knowledge and skills remain current.

If you have any questions or would like to know more about how counselling could support you, please feel free to get in touch. I will be happy to answer any questions and help you decide whether counselling with me feels right for you.
