About me
I offer shamanic counselling and psychotherapy to adult individuals online. I support my clients through their unique journeys of finding their purpose, overcoming life’s challenges, emotional healing, and dissolving mental and emotional blocks to personal fulfilment.
I work with clients from a wide range of cultural and geographic backgrounds. I offer my services globally, working across different countries and time zones.
I see emotional healing and personal growth as a psychological and spiritual journey towards reconnecting with your true Self. Therapy is a collaborative, experiential process where the client-therapist relationship becomes the ground for change. Together, we work to move you beyond coping or survival mode, strengthen your inner sense of OK-ness, and restore qualities like autonomy, spontaneity, and intimacy, ultimately helping you create the life you want to live.
In shamanic counselling, my practice is spiritually centred and solution-focused. I help you to connect with your spiritual awareness in order to gain insights and receive spiritual healing. I introduce elements of Transactional Analysis as an accessible psychological education tool when requested. This approach helps you to transform limiting beliefs, build on your strengths, and empower you to intentionally create meaningful and lasting change.
In psychotherapy, I work from an integrative approach, drawing from Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and psycho-spiritual perspectives and practices. My philosophy is that everyone is born inherently “OK.” Our early experiences within family, culture and environment shape a personal frame of reference, which, alongside our inherent sense of Self influences how we view ourselves, relate to others, and navigate life. I believe that everyone is capable of change, and what that may look like is as unique as each client.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
