About me
I am a registered Counselling Psychologist offering psychological therapy services in London. I take a warm and compassionate approach to providing a safe therapeutic space tailored specifically to your needs.
I provide a space that encourages growth and empowerment, while always being respectful and acknowledging that you are the expert on your life. My aim is to work collaboratively with you to support change, well being, and to help you live a fulfilling life.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach which is grounded in my training and experience with different therapeutic modalities such as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Schema Therapy.

My clinical experience comprises work in various settings within and outside the NHS. I have worked in NHS primary care settings with mild to moderate difficulties, and with more complex psychological difficulties in NHS secondary care.
I also have an educational background and work experience in child psychology, which gives me unique insight and knowledge in understanding how events and experiences in childhood can manifest in childhood and through to adult life.
