About me
Welcome. I am a person-centred, integrative counsellor and hypnotherapist dedicated to providing a warm, collaborative, and deeply non-judgmental space where you can explore life's challenges. I work extensively with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and major life transitions.
My practice is deeply neuro-affirming, and I hold a wealth of professional and personal experience in supporting individuals with ASD and ADHD. While I work with adults from all walks of life, I specialise in supporting parents and carers navigating the unique overwhelm and burnout that can come with raising neurodivergent children, as well as adults exploring a later-life neurodivergent diagnosis. My approach is grounded in lived experience and years of practical work supporting children within education. Rather than acting as a clinical 'expert,' I walk alongside you as an empathetic ally. By integrating traditional talk therapy with gentle hypnotherapy, we can work together to manage burnout, process life changes, and build a life that honours your authentic self.
