About me

I believe therapy should be a supportive and empowering space where you feel safe to explore what matters most to you. I work with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, trauma, and relationship challenges, helping you make sense of your experiences and develop practical strategies to navigate them.

I am committed to affirming all aspects of your identity, including culture, neurodiversity, and personal values, creating a warm, collaborative environment where you feel truly seen and heard. I offer therapy in person based near Bury St Edmunds and online, providing flexibility and accessibility.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), adapting them to support you and help you build practical skills and lasting insights for everyday life, in a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist with experience working across various NHS settings . I use evidence-based psychological therapies including CBT, ACT, and CFT, adapting therapy to support your individual needs and preferences.

Alongside my private practice, I work in the NHS within local authority children's homes. This role involves working within complex organisational and relational systems, helping to embed reflective, evidence-based psychological practice.
