About me

Compassionate Support for Women Facing Life Challenges
I specialise in supporting women who are feeling overwhelmed by life — whether you’re struggling with relationship difficulties, health concerns, stress, emotional exhaustion, or major life transitions. Many of the women I work with feel exhausted, stuck, unheard, or unsure about what their next step should be.

You deserve a space where you are truly seen and understood. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where we can explore what’s going on for you — at a pace that feels right. Together we work on understanding what’s weighing you down, building resilience, and finding practical steps forward so you feel more grounded and in control of your life again.

If you’re looking for support that is personal, compassionate, and tailored to your experiences — not just a generic approach — Please contact me for a conversation and see if we’re a good fit.

How I can help...
My aim as an integrative therapist is to help you feel truly understood, while also strengthening your capacity for self-exploration and growth. This is not just about talking things through: together, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches so we can build practical tools that allow for meaningful change.

If you’re reading this and wondering, “Could I benefit from therapy right now?”, then you’re already taking that vital first step.

What to expect in our sessions
In our sessions, I support clients who may be experiencing relationship difficulties, disconnection, stress, or a sense of being stuck in life. Perhaps you're going through a significant transition, or you simply want to grow and understand yourself more deeply. My integrative approach means that I draw on a variety of therapeutic models to meet your unique needs - offering insight, building coping strategies, and laying the groundwork for genuine, lasting change. We’ll work collaboratively, always at a pace that feels safe and empowering for you. Our sessions will last for 1 hour.
