About me
I offer Adult( 18+) face to face counselling in Coalville.
I am a qualified professional therapeutic counsellor specialising in bereavement counselling. I can help clients work through a wide range of issues such as - Anxiety, Bereavement Grief and loss, Low self-confidence, Low self-esteem, Stress.
It is not always easy to reach out for counselling or to know where to begin. I understand this and I am dedicated to helping others navigate through life’s challenges. Therapy can be a powerful way to make sense of why you are feeling the way you do, and to understand emotions and feelings.
I believe it is important to talk to someone who really listens to you and understands things from your perspective. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental and confidential service.
