I offer Adult( 18+) face to face counselling in my therapy space located in Sutton Coldfield, Coalville and Tamworth.
I am a qualified professional therapeutic counsellor specialising in bereavement counselling. I can help clients work through a wide range of issues such as - Anxiety disorders-Panic attacks, Bereavement Grief and loss, Depression, Low mood, Abuse, Relationship issues, Family Issues, Work issues, Health Anxiety, Loneliness-isolation, Low self-confidence, Low self-esteem, Separation, Social Anxiety, Stress. Trauma.
It is not always easy to reach out for counselling or to know where to begin. I understand this and I am dedicated to helping others navigate through life’s challenges. Therapy can be a powerful way to make sense of why you are feeling the way you do, and to understand emotions and feelings.
I believe it is important to talk to someone who really listens to you and understands things from your perspective. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental and confidential service.

I offer a free initial 20 minute Introduction telephone call as a brief communication to ask what your best hopes of counselling are and also discuss availability to book in your first counselling session.
