About me

Could you benefit from a warm, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings? Take the first step and contact me – together, we can explore what is causing you to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or frustrated, with low mood or feelings of depression. Seeking counselling can help you achieve a sense of calm and balance, giving you back control over your life.

Offering a supportive environment that makes you feel comfortable working towards your goals.

I provide counselling in Woodley, Reading and see clients in Henley-on-Thames at the Cherry Tree Centre.

I trained as a counsellor for three years because I experienced how talking about your feelings can make a difference when you are overwhelmed. Knowing I was not alone and had a nonjudgmental and understanding place to talk allowed me to build foundations for a brighter, more peaceful future.

This experience motivated me to help others understand their feelings and fulfil their potential.

In addition to my private practice, I have worked in education for many years and still work with young people and adults, supporting them to become the best versions of themselves. I have also volunteered as a counsellor in a local hospice, helping adults and young clients manage their mental health.

Gaining the above experience and skills enables me to offer the tools to help you and your family understand the issues you may face and move forward.
