About me
My name is Sarah, and I am a pluralistic Counsellor who uses different modalities to suit your needs. Working alongside you, I will help you become more self-aware about your feelings and develop coping strategies to achieve your goals. Everyone's journey is unique, and taking the first steps can be daunting. Let me reassure you that I am here to offer you a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can express your emotions at your own pace.
I also work in education, supporting students to reach their full potential pastorally and academically. I volunteer at a local hospice, working with bereaved families and clients struggling with the diagnosis.
I specialise in counselling family members and individuals who are struggling with bereavement, grief and loss.
