About me
Hi, I'm Sarah. A Mum of 2 boys who is passionate about supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children.
Play Therapy helps children to express themselves, explore their thoughts and feelings, and make sense of their life experiences.
It can help children experiencing a wide variety of social, emotional and behavioural problems, including anger, bereavement, anxiety, friendship issues and low self-esteem.
Resources on offer include a sand tray, small world figures, dressing up/ role play props, puppets, doll's house, games and art and craft resources.
I offer sessions to children aged 4-11 in primary school settings in and around Buckingham or I have some availability on a Sunday in Great Linford.
I will have the capacity to see children at my home address towards the end of the year so please get in touch if you would like to find out more.
