About me

I am a therapeutic counsellor. I adopt a pluralist approach, drawing on multiple theoretical perspectives to support those whose narrative spans a wide spectrum of emotional and psychological issues. By working together, we explore these concerns and develop a plan to address them, helping the client to regain control of their life.

I work with those experiencing

  • Relationship problems
  • Loss and bereavement
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Stress
  • Effects of trauma
  • Effects of abuse
  • Life Crisis
  • Confidence and low self-esteem

I am particularly interested in male mental health.
