I offer an holistic integrative approach to therapy providing a safe space where we can co-create the right conditions to facilitate your growth, self-discovery and healing, assisting you in your self-development journey.
As an integrative counsellor I am able to draw on different therapeutic approaches allowing me to customize the therapy to suit your individual needs.
My practice is grounded in a social justice, anti-oppression framework with training and study of Person Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Intercultural Counselling, Gay Affirmation Therapy, ASD and ADHD counselling and Child Counselling.
I work individually with adults and adolescents.
I have extensive experience of working with anxiety, identity, attachment ASD & ADHD
I offer appointments that can work around you, in the daytime and evening, across the week. I most commonly work weekly sessions but dependent on your needs and circumstance this could be discussed and arranged for twice-weekly or fortnightly.
Due to the current situation I am only working online or by telephone. I am happy to work in a way that makes you most comfortable, so either on the telephone or videocall, which can be with or without a webcam.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
