About me

Hi

Thanks for viewing my profile. I understand that finding the right counsellor can be a daunting task. Its really important you find the right one for you. So, to help please have a look at my info below, check out my website, contact me with any questions and maybe book a free introductory call.

About Me

I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), offering compassionate and personalised counselling in Bromley, Chislehurst, and across South East London. I work with adults, young people, and children, providing a safe, supportive, and confidential space to explore life’s challenges.

I offer an integrative counselling approach, drawing on Person‑Centred and Psychodynamic therapies to tailor sessions to your individual needs. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, or emotional overwhelm, I aim to work collaboratively with you to support understanding, resilience, and positive change.

Alongside counselling, I am also a qualified hypnotherapist and registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). I provide specialist hypnotherapy support, including Hypno4Children and HypnoPregnancy, for those who may benefit from these approaches as part of their emotional wellbeing.

If you’re looking for counselling in Bromley or South East London, I offer a free 15‑minute exploration call, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and see whether working together feels like the right next step.

Support for Adults, Children, and Young People
Counselling is a supportive and confidential talking therapy that can help you make sense of difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I am a qualified and experienced in working with Adults and Children & Young Peope.

I work with those who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, loss, or major life changes. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported at your own pace.

An Integrative Approach to Counselling – What Does That Mean?
I work using an integrative approach to counselling, which means I tailor therapy to the individual rather than using a one‑size‑fits‑all method. Being an integrative counsellor allows me to draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, age, and goals.

My work is informed by Person‑Centred counselling, which focuses on creating a safe, non‑judgemental relationship where you feel accepted and free to express yourself, and Psychodynamic therapy, which gently explores how past experiences and relationships may be influencing how you feel or cope in the present.

By integrating these approaches, counselling can support both immediate concerns and deeper understanding, helping adults and young people develop insight, emotional resilience, and lasting change

If you are unsure whether counselling is right for you or your child, I offer a free 15‑minute initial exploration call. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about how I work, and explore what you would like support with.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
