About me

I’m Sarah, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), specialising in anxiety, overthinking and low self esteem.

I work with people who feel stuck in patterns of constant worry, racing thoughts or self doubt.  You might find yourself over analysing situations, struggling to switch off or feeling exhausted by your own mind.  Often people come to therapy unsure why things haven’t improved, despite their best efforts. Therapy can offer a space to pause, make sense of what’s happening, and find practical ways to move forward.  If this feels a familiar experience to yours, please do get in touch to discuss how therapy can help you.

I offer a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I won’t sit in silence or overwhelm you with jargon. Instead, we will work together to:

  • Understand your patterns of anxiety or overthinking.
  • Reduce the intensity of difficult thoughts.
  • Build confidence and break patterns which impact your self esteem.
  • Develop practical strategies you can use in everyday life.

My aim is to help you feel calmer, more confident and better able to manage challenges, both now and in the future.

Recent client feedback:
“Working with Sarah was a super helpful experience for me. I found her to be so patient and caring and really put me at ease during the sessions. I am so grateful for all of her help and would definitely recommend if you are thinking about reaching out for therapy.”

Sessions are £120 and I keep a small number of lower cost spaces available - if fees are a barrier, let’s discuss that. I’m happy to talk through what might work for you.

I work online, which means you can have therapy from the comfort of home - whether you’re juggling work, parenting or just prefer the flexibility that online sessions offer.

If you’re thinking about therapy, but feel unsure, that’s completely normal.  I offer a free 15 minute introductory chat, so we can talk through what you are looking for and whether it feels like the right fit.  No pressure, just a chance to ask questions and get a feel for things.
