About me

Hello, my name is Sarah and I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist based in Shropshire. 

I help support people with a range of difficulties including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Social Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), low self-esteem, lifestyle struggles including weight loss and maintenance, depression and phobias. 

I am passionate about helping people to overcome their difficulties and to achieve their goals. 

I am currently offering online appointments only.

I am also trained in Compassion Focused Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. 

In 2017 I trained at the Beck Institute in Philadelphia specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Weight Management and Lifestyle Change. 

I have also completed enhanced training specialising in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder C-PTSD. 

I am a clinical supervisor and also provide supervision to qualified and trainee therapists.
