About me

Are you struggling with anxiety, stress, depression or low self-confidence? Do you feel trapped by 'what if' thoughts, constant fear and low mood?

I'm Sarah, a CBT Psychotherapist and Mindfulness teacher, specialising in supporting adult clients that may be struggling with anxiety (Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), OCD, Panic, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety), perfectionism, depression, low self esteem, stress or feeling overwhelmed. My vision is to support and empower you in healing, to feel your best self and to live a meaningful life.

I offer a person centred and holistic integrative approach. I draw on CBT, person-centred emotion-focused counselling, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. Together, we'll build the skills and tools you need to manage your mental health, so you can thrive now and in the future. I always adapt my approach, working with each individual's unique needs. I believe that therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard and when therapy is tailored to you as an individual. I have a special interest working with clients that identify within the LGBTQ+ community and also a special interest working with clients with ADHD. I offer a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space to explore difficulties.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you — helping you build understanding and confidence. Starting therapy can feel like a big step and I know how scary it can feel- you don’t have to do it alone. Lets start your journey to lasting change together. I’d love to hear from you.
