About me

It comes to a time in life, when we need to stop and assess exactly what is going on both within ourselves and around us. You owe yourself the time to explore your thoughts feelings and situations to assist you on your way through life. Finding the right Counsellor/therapist is in my opinion so important. Make sure you spend some time finding the right professional for you.

I am an experienced fully qualified Counsellor offering Integrative counselling for private clients and other organisations. I am a registered member of the BACP and in regular supervision as all counsellors should be.

For my private clients I have premises in Beckenham and Shirley and offer evening and weekend appointments. I work both time limited and open ended, something we would discuss during your assessment.

Within my counselling sessions I can offer you the time and space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe relaxed space,no matter how big or small the issue may seem .

I offer individual, group and couples counselling. I work with adults, couples, families and young people and also teach counselling skills courses to new counsellors.

For an assessment or further information please do not hesitate to contact me.
