About me

*COVID UPDATE* I currently offer online counselling. Face to face sessions will resume as soon as it is possible and safe to do so.

I am a qualified BACP registered counsellor, supporting both Adults and Children with their mental wellbeing in a safe, non-judgemental environment.

Just as each person is individual, so is the way that our sessions develop. It is really important to me that you feel at ease and able to discuss your needs, so that you can explore and work through feelings and problems in a way that you are comfortable with.

Laddingford Counselling is a beautiful, relaxing place in the countryside, surrounded by nature. Situated only a short distance from Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Maidstone. It is easily accessible and yet feels secluded with a break from busy town centres.

My specialties include working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, young people, students, children, and parents.

Please get in touch with any queries you may have.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
