About me
I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and training facilitator, practicing depth psychotherapy and have trained as a humanistic integrative transpersonal psychotherapist. I work with individuals, couples and groups. With 15 years of psychotherapy experience, I have worked with adults of all ages from diverse backgrounds and have keen interest in issues related to anxiety and relationships.
My early interest in philosophy and psychology led me to psychotherapy training and my personal experience of psychotherapy convinced me how psychotherapy could transform our inner world and relationships with ourselves, others and the past. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in strategy for both small private and large multicultural organisations.
I am committed to continuous self-development and practice meditation regularly.
My approach
I approach each client with care, consideration and compassion. My aim is to offer a safe, private and confidential space where you can explore what concerns you. You will be listened to and seen attentively and empathetically in a non-judgemental and supportive environment.
Working with each client is unique and I integrate different approaches depending on the nature of your concern, needs and personality. Each session provides an opportunity for you to understand why you think and feel in a certain way, uncover parts of your true self, and relieve your distress.
I accompany you a journey of self- awareness, growth and healing. Through the therapeutic journey you may discover your inner resources and power to see your circumstances in a different way, define new meanings, options and choices in life, and make positive changes.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
