I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and adhere to its Code of Ethics. I offer Individual Psychotherapy and Couples Counselling in Wimbledon, South West London and West London.
I approach each client with care, consideration and compassion. My aim is to offer you a safe, private and confidential space where you can explore what concerns you. You will be listened to and seen attentively and empathetically in a non-judgemental and supportive environment.
Working with each client is unique and I integrate different approaches depending on the nature of your concern, needs and personality. Each session provides an opportunity for you to understand why you think and feel in a certain way, uncover parts of your true self, and relieve your distress.
I can accompany you on a journey of self- awareness, growth and healing. Through the therapeutic journey you may discover your inner resources and power to see your circumstances in a different way, define new meanings, options and choices in life, and make positive changes.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I integrate different psychotherapeutic tools and approaches, including:
I offer both short-term counselling and long-term open ended psychotherapy. The length of the therapy will depend on what you wish to resolve and develop in your life.
The initial session will be an opportunity to talk about your circumstances and needs and see if we can work together.
Sessions are usually once a week, for 50 minutes.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
