Samantha Smyke UKCP - Adults Counsellor and Transpersonal Psychotherapist, EMDR
Hi, I'm Samantha and I am a fully trained Counsellor and Transpersonal Psychotherapist with over 7 years of experience working with clients - helping them with various issues, including Anxiety and Depression, Addictions, Codependency, Bereavement, Relationship Problems and Low Self Esteem.
I also specialise in Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD. In addition to talking therapies I am able to offer EMDR and EFT therapy. These amazing tools can be used to successfully treat unresolved trauma and PTSD no matter how big or small.
I am able to offer short and long term counselling in a safe space for you to explore as you wish. There are many reasons that can bring us into therapy whether it might be current difficulties, long term struggles, illness or just hope for change. I know how valuable it is to have a safe and confidential space where you can explore how you really feel and think about things. In this space, it can help you to uncover unhealthy patterns and destructive behaviours with a view to bringing about a change.
Please feel free to call me if you have any questions or would like to book. a session and I'd be happy to speak to you. I can be contacted on 07411 620302 or you can click here to send me an email. I look forward to speaking with you.
