About me

Is your life not where you envisioned it to be, did you think it would look different? Therapy can help you move forward and build a life that aligns with your values and ultimately brings you happiness.

Do you feel anxious, struggle with low self-esteem and setting boundaries? Do the demands of life and work seem overwhelming at times? Are you struggling with a recent diagnosis? There are lots of neurodiverse people who have received a late diagnosis and are trying to understand what this means for them. Perhaps you don't know what's wrong, you feel ‘stuck’ and know that something needs to change.

Making changes doesn’t have to be scary, it can be a 50-minute conversation once a week online (or face-to-face).  Counselling is essentially a conversation where you are truly listened to and understood without worry of interruption, judgment or criticism.

Counselling can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs, develop coping strategies, build your confidence, set boundaries and manage others' expectations to create a balanced and fulfilling life!

My own life has taught me valuable lessons that, in turn, help me support clients in making changes, giving them more freedom to do things that bring them happiness.

I work in an integrative way, meaning I customise my approach to your needs, work at your pace, and adapt my approach as needed. There is no ‘one size fits all’ to my practice because we are all unique and require different things to flourish.

My practice is neuro-affirming and you are encouraged to stim openly if you feel safe to do so.

My clients have reported that therapy helped them stop overthinking their interactions, enjoy the present moment, and feel more confident about being themselves. This has reduced their anxiety and enabled them to pursue personal and professional opportunities more readily.

If you think you'd like to know more please get in touch and we can have a chat about how I might be able to help you. I look forward to hearing from you.
