About me

If you’re hoping for a little more direction or a change in your life, you’re definitely not alone. Sometimes things just don’t feel quite right, or life isn’t what you’d hoped—therapy can be a calm and welcoming space to help you explore what matters and start moving towards more happiness and balance.

Maybe you’re feeling anxious, or have low self-esteem, or you find it tricky to set boundaries—or perhaps you’re simply overwhelmed by work and daily demands. You might be figuring out a neurodiverse diagnosis, or just feeling stuck and unsure what’s wrong, but knowing you’d like things to shift. My counselling style is friendly and laid-back, and I'm not afraid to bring some humour into the session where appropriate, or to give you a push if you need one—great for anyone wanting to understand themselves better, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in a way that feels comfortable.

Change doesn’t have to feel daunting—it can start with a relaxed 50-minute chat each week, online or in person. Our sessions are a safe space for you to be yourself, share freely, and know you’ll be listened to—without interruptions or judgment.

We’ll work together in a way that suits you. You’re invited to bring your strengths, challenges, and ideas, and I’ll help you build practical strategies, confidence, set boundaries, and manage expectations—so you can create a life that feels good to you.

Drawing from my personal background and nine years of professional experience, I help clients make changes to find more freedom and happiness. My approach is adaptable, tailoring each session to your specific needs, pace, and goals—because everyone deserves support that is just right for them.

My practice celebrates neurodiversity, and you’re welcome to stim or express yourself however feels best. Past clients have said therapy helped them worry less, feel more present, and grow comfortable in their own skin, leading to less anxiety and more openness to new opportunities.

If you’d like to see how counselling could help you on your own journey, just reach out. I’d love to have a chat and see how I can support you!
