About me
Hello and welcome to my page
We all know that life can sometimes be overwhelming. You may be struggling with anxiety, feeling emotionally exhausted, experiencing difficulties in your relationships, coping with loss, navigating a divorce, questioning your direction in life, or simply feeling that something isn't quite right. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to face it alone.
I'm a UK-based integrative therapist with over 16 years of professional experience supporting adults through life's challenges. I am trained in both Person-centred and psychodynamic therapy.
I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth when offered a safe, accepting and compassionate space in which to explore their experiences.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression. low mood. relationship difficulties, divorce and separation, family issues, workplace stress, burnout, bereavement, trauma, racism and discrimination, identity and cultural concerns, low self-esteem, confidence issues, loneliness, life transitions, emotional abuse, and many other challenges that can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected from ourselves.
My role as the therapist is to provide a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can talk openly, feel truly heard, and explore whatever is important to you. Together, we can make sense of your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and work towards lasting emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a significant step. My hope is that from the moment we begin working together, you will feel accepted, respected and supported. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I would be privileged to walk alongside you as you move towards a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
